What Is The Plural Of Palm Pre?
| by PalmWebOS.org on March 19th, 2009 |
The name Palm Pre isn’t a bad one. It breaks the traditional naming mold and stands out. It’s short and sweet. And, perhaps most importantly, it means something – standing for the fact that the launch of this device is what happens right before the WebOS revolution. But what is the plural of Palm Pre?
- Pres? Nope… sounds like I’m trying to talk slick with Obama
- Pre’s? Grammatical train wreck
- Preeze? Alright this is ridiculous
Forutnately, Palm sorted this enigma out via their Palm_Inc Twitter account:

There you have it. The ultimate source has spoken… Pre Phones is the plural. So don’t let me walk around hearing you youngsters say Palm Preeze this or for Hizzle my Prizzle that – Pre Phones it is. By the way did I just say that twitter was the ultimate source… what is this world coming to?!?!
In the end, people will call it what they want anyways. Just ask anyone who has a Google Phone or gPhone!

How about “Prei”, or “Phones of Prey”
