This is also my second one since I had to replace it via insurance program available through Sprint. The replacement is far worse in the amout of "bugs" the system has. Since I have had this phone, there has been nothing but problems and glitches which plaugue the potential promise possible. In my search for an equal or just to have an I-phone, I had hoped that this might be the final solution. I was very wrong.
