Sprint has just sent out an Email with the subject “Meet Palm Pre” and a big graphic with the oversized title “All The Rage”:

The email encourages recipients to “Hype the Palm Pre” via Facebook, Twitter or wherever we can “share your excitement with your friends!” Perhaps they haven’t been paying attention to us for the past few months but this is exactly what we’ve been doing! There is also a “forward this email” link to keep the Pre love going.

Nothing new is really mentioned in the Email which leaves us somewhat disappointed. But, this ramped up marketing effort leaves us hopeful that the release may be sooner rather than later. Do you think that is a fair assessment to make?
