Sprint stores will be opening early on June 6th – at 8am – to accomodate all the eager soon-to-be Palm Pre owners. We know it’ll be available on June 6th for $199 but one thing we DON’T know is what will supply be like? Will there be more than enough at every store? Are they limiting supply to artificially increase demand?

Whenever HUGE devices like the Palm Pre launch occur, there are always die-hard fans who cannot take the risk of walking away empty handed. So they camp out the night before or wake up at the butt-crack of dawn, and even early, to snag their place in line that will ensure a victorious purchase.

And then there are the people that will swing by hoping to get it, but if not, they’ll check back later. Oh yeah, and you have the online shoppers too, who prefer it lands right on their doorstep, sometimes in advance of the retail store launch date.
