Today marks not only the launch of our beloved Palm Pre but also the announcement of the PalmWebOS.org FREE Palm Pre Contest Winner! As you know, we’ve been running a contest where the winner gets a FREE Palm Pre and I’ve put together a quick video where the winner is randomly picked:

I want to thank EVERYONE who entered the contest. I hope to see you back on the forums tomorrow (and beyond) to talk, share, question, show, teach, laugh and have fun… and not only in terms of the Palm Pre and WebOS! We’ve got a great community in the making and I’m excited to move forward with everyone as we watch WebOS grow and mature together… how fun it will be to look back on our journey!

There will also be 4 Runners Up and we’ll be announcing who they are over the next few days… Phases and I will use our discretion in deciding how to award the Runner Up prizes  which happen to be the Premium Holster for the Palm Pre.
